NSCLC: Cal MediConnect January 2015 Enrollment Fact Sheet

From our colleagues at NSCLC:

Over 100,000 dual eligibles are slated for passive enrollment into Cal MediConnect plans in January 2015 in five of the eight Coordinated Care Initiative counties.  Beneficiaries with January birthdays as well as several populations that were held for enrollment until January 2015, are affected.

This fact sheet summarizes the different populations subject to enrollment into Cal MediConnect plans in January.   It also describes the unique issues these populations will face during enrollment and provides guidance to advocates to help beneficiaries through the January transition.
