Measure H Survey

Attention Aging Advocates,

Please see the information below from the Homeless Initiative and note the following request to complete the Measure H contracting survey.

Dear Partners,

Appreciation Notes

The Los Angeles County Homeless Initiative is pleased to share the first edition of Appreciation Notes:  personal notes by partners acknowledging and celebrating champions whose acts of inspiration, compassion, and determination contributed to transforming individual lives and our communities (Appreciation Notes Feb 2017).

We encourage you to continue submitting your Appreciation Notes at https://goo.gl/forms/JYeaLreBCiab8zfB2. The Homeless Initiative will compile and distribute them on a periodic basis.

Measure H  Contract Process Survey

On March 14, 2017, the Board of Supervisors directed the Homeless Initiative to explore ways to increase the number of community-based providers delivering services funded through Measure H  and streamline the associated contracting process.  Your insight is important as we continue our partnership in combating homelessness. If you are a current or potential provider of homeless services, please take a moment to complete the below-linked survey by April 7 to help improve and strengthen the current contracting process: https://goo.gl/forms/S09ASd4MXm4kFno42

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Homeless Initiative at homelessinitiative@lacounty.gov. Thank you.
